Managed by the Castello family, which founded the business in 1972, Al.Ca. Food produces in two proprietary plants on the outskirts of Solesino (Padua) using only selected, quality ingredients. It uses industrial machinery and highly efficient production systems that ensure the finished product‘s perfect execution and maximum gastronomic yield.
