The last arrival in Castello, the fried ready polenta, is even tastier and more enjoyable than traditional polenta. The breading in corn seed oil makes it golden to look and crisp on the palate, in other words irresistible.

It is prepared in 4/5 minutes, by heating the product in a pan or by placing the pan directly in the traditional oven up to 180°.

To consume it, on the other hand, many less are enough because, in some ways, it is not a dish, a condiment or an accompaniment … it is a gluttony.
