Castello took part in CIBUS, held in Parma from 7 to 10 May 2024.
With over 20,000 visitors, the Emilia-based exhibition once again confirmed its status as the leading international trade fair for the Made in Italy agri-food sector.
Our sales managers welcomed dozens of industry professionals, buyers and distribution operators to the stand, where they sampled our classic product lines alongside our major 2024 launch: Polenta Grigliata – a product that combines the flavour of open-fire cooking with Veneto’s long-standing culinary tradition.
The grilling process gives each slice a rustic, crisp exterior while preserving a soft centre. The result is polenta that is “fully cooked, grilled and pre-sliced”, helping to speed up plating in both contemporary and traditional settings.
