Furthermore, again under the ROP ERDF 2014-2020, with Action 1.1.2 Acquisition of services for innovation DGR nr. 1848 of 14 November 2017 entitled “Organic Polenta with Spirulina and Gnocchi alla Romana with Spirulina”, AL.CA. FOOD demonstrated its ability to innovate and update its product range to meet the ever changing needs of consumers.

A couple of achievement that confirms the priority, for Polenta Castello, to move towards technologies and high production efficiency aimed at satisfying their consumers but always respecting the environment.
