This year AL.CA. FOOD is going to expose at the Anuga Food fair in cologne, the biggest and most prestigious international food fair.

The Castello’s Stand D018 is located in the Hall 11.1 “Fine Food”, reserved only to selected companies with gourmet products dispatched to GDO and HoReCa all around the world.

Al.Ca. Food always updated on the latest discoveries in the food preservation industry, has been able to distinguish itself by introducing, since 1985, the packaged polenta pronta (already cooked) that could be eaten directly, without any preparation except heating it.

A premonitory intuition that has been able to develop itself over the years in 7 different product lines that are the pride of the company : Polenta Casereccia, Polenta Reale, Polenta al Cucchiaio, Polenta Biologica, Polenta Buffet, Polenta Pronta and the newest arrival Polenta Fritta.
